September Fair Application
Applications for the September Fair are now CLOSED. Payment is due by August 25, 2023. Please do not send payment unless instructed. If you have any questions regarding your application, please contact us through pickawayartsaround@gmail.com.

Terms and Conditions
This is an outdoor event, held rain or shine. No refunds will be issued for this event. Vendor spaces are 10X10. You will be responsible for a table, chairs, tent, etc. Electric is not available.
Fee
If you are approved as a vendor, you will be contacted by August 18, 2023, and payment of $25 per space will be due by August 25, 2023. Payments may be made via check payable to ArtsaRound at PO Box 188, Circleville, OH 43113 or online. Invoices will be provided if requested.
Tents
If setting up outdoors, tents are recommended, but not required. Vendors bringing tents must have them weighted down, with a recommended 15-30 lb. weight on each leg. You are welcome to bring battery powered lighting for your tent.
Parking and Setup
Once your vehicle is unloaded, vendors should move vehicles to on‐street parking on Franklin, Scioto, Watt, or Pickaway streets.
Vendors may begin setting up at 8 am on the day of the event. Vendors must be open no later than 10 am. Vendors must be packed up by 5 pm.
Responsibility
ArtsaRound, Uptown Circleville, and the City of Circleville are not responsible for personal injury or items damaged or stolen during the duration of the event (including setup, breakdown, and the hours of the event). It is the responsibility of each vendor to transport your belongings and not leave valuables unattended.
Inclement Weather
This event is rain or shine. No refunds will be issued.
