Our Story

We are a non-profit organization in Ohio committed to supporting local artists and art in Circleville, Pickaway County, and surrounding counties.​

Our mission is to nurture all art forms creatively by providing local artists exposure, promotion, education, fiscal support, and scholarship opportunities. Our art advocacy builds a stronger community to enrich Pickaway County.

ArtsaRound grew from the seeds planted by the Circleville Art League and focused its early efforts on local music and performance. Since its inception, ArtsaRound has become a champion of artists of all kinds in Pickaway County.

In the years since, ArtsaRound has contributed to the installation of several murals throughout the Circleville area and given an annual scholarship to local art students so that they might further their craft. In addition, ArtsaRound has created the Images of Pickaway Calendar, a yearly project that features the work of local artists and celebrates our county.

In 2020, ArtsaRound opened the ArtsaRound Gallery at 135 W. Main Street in Circleville. The building is the last remaining on the Original Circle of Circleville, and ArtsaRound has been proud to occupy the space. Since then, we have hosted classes and workshops, as well as art competitions, and local artists of all kinds are welcome to display and sell their goods in our gallery.

In recent years, we’ve hosted the Best of Pickaway high school art contest and the Everything Pumpkin art show, as well as partnering with local organizations such as the Pickaway Board of DD and Roundtown Players. Click here if you would like to join us in our efforts to support the arts!
